Financed Amount:

• Minimum SDG 20,000.
• Maximum SDG 750,000.

Finance Tenure:

• Minimum 12 months.
• Maximum 36 months.

Minimum Income Requirement: 

• Salaried SDG 1,500.
• SEB/SEP SDG 2,500.

Maximum Debt burden:

• 40% of net income.

Minimum Equity Requirement:

• 15%.

Age:

• Minimum 25 years at application.
• Maximum 65 years at maturity.

Employment Period:

• Salaried: Confirmed employee (not on probation).
• SEB/SEP: Business running for 2 years minimum.

Required Documents

Common Requirements:

• Applicant’s Valid ID.
• Applicant’s National Number Certificate.
• 2 references with valid ID’s and complete address (Blood relatives with different address are allowed).
• 2 recent colored photos (Passport photo size).
• Valid invoice from BOK authorized service providers (halls, wedding planners).

Salaried:

• Salary Certificate with date of joining, occupation and salary breakdown.

Self Employed Business / Self Employed Professionals:

• Company registration documents.
• Last 6 months stamped bank statement.
