With Cardless transactions even customers who do not have a BOK Card or any other card can still use CDMs to make deposits, purchase electricity and do mobile top-up transactions.

Yours step by step instructions to use the service:
- Insert your ATM card
- Select the language
- Enter your pin code
- Select fund transfer
- Select the account you want to transfer from (in case more than one account linked to the same ATM card)
- Enter account reference number of the account you want to transfer to (17 digits)
- Enter the amount
- Confirm the information and amount of the account you want to transfer to (name, amount and reference number)
- Press confirm to Collect the receipt
- If you want to do another transaction/s select yes or no to collect your card
Card:
- Insert your card.
- Select the language.
- Enter your PIN number.
- Select deposit.
- Select the account you want to deposit in (in case you have more than one account)
- Confirm account details then press continue.
- A door will open, insert the cash notes in the cash slot and press enter.
- There is a limit for the number of notes which is 200 paper at a time
- The total number of notes/amounts accepted will be displayed on the screen for confirmation.
- some cash maybe rejected due to bad notes condition, the total amount of notes been accepted will be displayed on the screen.
- To confirm press, continue, then you can take your receipt.
- You can also select” refund” to take back the inserted note or press refill to insert more cash notes.
Cardless:
- Press any button on the screen.
- Select the language.
- Select Deposit
- Enter the account Number (17 digit)
- Confirm account details & press continue.
- A door will open, insert the cash notes in the cash slot and press enter.
- There is a limit for the number of notes which is 200 paper at a time
- The total number of notes/amounts accepted will be displayed on the screen for confirmation.
- some cash maybe rejected due to bad notes condition, the total amount of notes been accepted will be displayed on the screen.
- To confirm press, continue, then you can take your receipt.
- You can also select” refund” to take back the inserted note or press refill to insert more cash notes.
Card:
- Insert your card
- Select the language
- Enter your PIN
- Select “bill payment”
- Then, select “SEDC”
- Enter meter number (11 digit)
- Enter cash amount
- Press “Confirm” account details & the amount then press continue.
- The token number will appear on the screen
- Press continue to collect your receipt which will contain the token number as well.
MTN
- Insert your card
- Select the language
- Enter your PIN
- Select “bill payment”
- Then, select “telephone/mobile”
- Select “MTN”
- Select “postpaid” or “prepaid”
- Enter phone number
- Enter cash amount
- Then, press “continue“ to confirm and collect the receipt.
E-15
- Insert your card
- Select the language
- Enter your PIN
- Select “bill payment”
- Select “E-15”
- Enter “invoice number”
- To confirm Enter “invoice number” again
- Enter your phone number
- Confirm invoice details, amount and phone number then press continue
- Then, press “pay” to confirm and collect the receipt.
Cardless:
- Press any button on the screen.
- Select the language.
- Select Bill payment.
- Select “SEDC”
- Enter the Meter Number (11 digit).
- Enter the amount
- A door will open, insert the cash notes in the cash slot and press enter.
- There is a limit for the number of notes which is 200 paper at a time
- The total number of notes/amounts accepted will be displayed on the screen for confirmation.
- some cash maybe rejected due to bad notes condition, the total amount of notes been accepted will be displayed on the screen.
- The token number will appear on the screen
- Press continue, to complete the transaction and take receipt.
MTN
- Press any button on the screen
- Select the language
- Select “bill payment”
- Then, select “telephone/mobile”
- Select “MTN”
- Select “postpaid” or “prepaid”
- Enter phone number
- Enter cash amount
- A door will open, insert the cash notes in the cash slot and press enter.
- There is a limit for the number of notes which is 200 paper at a time
- The total number of notes/amounts accepted will be displayed on the screen for confirmation.
- some cash maybe rejected due to bad notes condition, the total amount of notes been accepted will be displayed on the screen.
- Press continue, to complete the transaction and take receipt.
E-15
- Press any button on the screen
- Select the language
- Select “bill payment”
- Select “E-15”
- Enter “invoice number”
- For confirmation Enter “invoice number” again
- Enter your phone number
- Confirm invoice details, the amount and phone number then press continue
- A door will open, insert the cash notes in the cash slot and press enter.
- There is a limit for the number of notes which is 200 paper at a time
- The total number of notes/amounts accepted will be displayed on the screen for confirmation.
