Customer Classes:

• Salaried Employees.

Employment Tenors:

• Salaried Employees – 3months with the current employer (not on probation).
• Self Employed Business (SEB) – business established and running for at least 12 months.
• Self Employed Professionals (SEP) – professional license issued and operating for at least 12 months.

Age:

• Salaried: Minimum 21 years at application stage.

Maximum 65 years at finance maturity.

• SEB/SEP: Minimum 25 years at application stage.

Maximum 76 years at finance maturity.

Debt Burden Ratio:

• Maximum 50% of net monthly income.

 

Documents Required:

Common Requirements:

• Valid ID.
• National Number Certificate.
• 2 references with valid ID’s and complete address (blood relatives with different address allowed).
• 2 colored passport size photographs.
• Valid invoice from BOK authorized service provider.

Salaried:

• Valid Salary Certificate with date of joining, occupation and net monthly salary.

Self Employed Business / Self Employed Professionals:

• Business Registration Documents.
• Last 6 months original stamped bank statement.
