How to Apply

Service Activation Process
  1. Fill out the Service Activation Form

    To activate your iBOK Plus service, please complete the iBOK Plus Application Form, sign it, and submit it through any of the following channels:

    • Your nearest BOK branch
    • Your Relationship Manager
    • Email submission via the iBOK Plus Support Team from your registered email address (Email indemnity required)

    Please attach the following required documents with your application:

    • Company Registration / Business Name Registration Certificate.
    • Valid ID(s) for Authorized Signatories and/or Board Resolution.
    • Company Board Resolution stamped by the company, along with a newly issued C7, if iBOK Plus officials differ from the authorized signatories.
    • Valid ID(s) for all iBOK Plus Officials, as applicable:
      • Read-only user(s): View-only access to account statements and balances.
      • Reviewer(s): Transaction execution with One-Time Password (OTP) plus view access.
      • Maker(s): Transaction creation pending reviewer approval via OTP, plus view access.
General Instructions
  1. For Power of Attorney Holders:

    • An original Power of Attorney authorizing full account management must be submitted.

    If submitted by a non-authorized signatory:

    • A delegation letter from the company confirming the individual’s authorization is required.

    Note: For business names owned by a single individual, a maximum of two multi-user access permissions will be granted.

  2. Receive Confirmation

    Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS notifying you that your internet banking service has been successfully activated.
