Bankak │ Pay"

  • Allows you to handle most of the financial transactions you might need to make. You can Pay to any BOK Merchant. Simply scan and pay! 

  • Login to your Bankak mobile app with Account Number or Mobile Number.
  • Select Bankak Pay button.
  • Scan the QR Code of the Merchant, you can also enter their A/C or CIF.
  • Check the confirmation screen showing details of the Merchant.
  • Enter the Amount.
  • Click Confirm to complete the transaction.
  • Both the customer and Merchant will receive an instant confirmation SMS of the successful payment made.

Fund Transfers & Withdrawal

Transfer funds instantly to your or any other BOK bank account, to another Bank Account (by card), to a cash card or even to any BOK mobile money or other mobile money account. 


  • Click “Funds Transfer” 
  • Click “Own Account”
  • Click the transfer button of the account you want to transfer from
  • Select Account from the list
  • Enter the amount to transfer
  • Click “Confirm”    

  • Click “Funds Transfer”
  • Click “Other BOK Account”
  • Click “Direct”
  • Enter CIF or full account number or also scan the QR code of the beneficiary to fetch details
  • Click “Submit”
  • Select the “From Account”
  • Enter mobile number
  • Enter amount
  • Click “Confirm”
You can also save the details of the beneficiary for f uture transfers by using the Add Beneficiary option on the transaction completion screen.


Now BOK introduces a new service Cardless Cash Withdrawals. 

  • You can use this feature from your Bankak (mobile banking) and withdraw the money yourself or use this service to send money to anyone who can visit BOK ATM or BOK Wakeel shops to receive cash.
  • All you need to do is generate a one-time password (OTP) from your Bankak and get an OTP (a secret code) which can be used at any BOK ATM/CDM to collect cash without using an ATM Card.
  • In addition, you can use this OTP at any of BOK Wakeel agents as well.
  • You can withdraw or send up to a max per transaction absolutely free.

For BOK Wakeel, you can send up to a max SDG 50,000 per transaction. 

  • Open Bankak app and use your Bank of Khartoum account CIF ( xxxxxxx )
  • Click “Cardless Withdrawal” Button
  • Click the “Direct” button
  • Select the Account from which the transfer is to be done
  • Enter mobile number to get OTP as SMS in that mobile number
  • Enter the name of the beneficiary
  • Enter amount
  • Click the “Confirm” button
  • OTP will be received as pop – an up message and SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number

  • Press any of the screen buttons.
  • Select the language.
  • Select cardless withdrawal OTP
  • Enter mobile number ( As provided on Bankak-BOK mobile banking )
  • Example: 249xxxxxxxxx
  • Enter OTP ( One Time Password )
  • (Enter complete 6-digit one-time password e.g. 123456 )
  • Confirm Mobile number, OTP and amount then press OK.
  • Then collect your cash.
  • Then collect your receipt.

Any customer who wants to complain about a wrong fund transfer from his/her BOK account will be he can easily submit a request through the app to notify the receiver about the wrong fund transaction.

  • Select “Transaction History”
  • Select the Transfer Transaction he wants to complain about.
  • Select “Report wrong fund transfer”.
  • Receiver of the amount will be notified through SMS, Email and through the APP.
  • Through the notification option the receiver will receive an alert with the transaction details and a direct option to transfer the amount back

Apply for Fixed Deposit

Now all Bankak Mobile Banking customers can apply and subscribe for their Fixed Term Deposit Accounts within 1 minute using Bankak Mobile Banking.  


  • Click the “Apply for Fixed Deposit” button
  • Review all Terms and Conditions of apply for the Fixed Deposit Account.
  • select ”I agree to the Terms and conditions”
  • Click the “Agree” button
  • Select from the Account you want to deduct from
  • Select TD Period (1Month, 3Months, 6Months or 12Months)
  • Enter the amount
  • Select Auto Renewal (Yes or No)
  • If “Yes”, you can select to add profit to the new Created FD account; else the profit will be added to the TD source account.
  • Click the “Confirm” button

Transaction Limit/History/Fees: This feature shows the transfer transactions done using the Bankak application and shows the amount of the daily limit of the transaction.  


  • Click the “Transaction History” button 
  • Select service type to check transactions of specific service
  • Click the “Ok” button

This app has an option for English and Arabic language and you can change the current password of the Bankak app login also you can turn on or off notifications of SMS and E-mail for the transactions made.

Change Password

  • Click the “Settings” button
  • Click the “Change Password” button
  • Enter current password
  • Enter new password
  • Reenter new password
  • Click the “Change” button
Note: Your password must have: 8 or more characters, upper and lower letters, at least one number and one special character.

Change language

  • Click the “Settings” button
  • From the popup message select “Change”
  • The app will sign you out to re-login again.
Notification

  • Click the “Settings” button
  • Click the “Notification” button
  • Turn on/off SMS notification
  • Turn on/off Email notification.
Your QR

  • Click the “Settings” button
  • Click “Your QR”
  • Select your bank account to generate/disable your QR code.

To update the Email Address

  • Login to Bankak app using your CIF and password
  • Select the “Settings” option
  • Select the “Notification” option
  • Click on the Email option to update your email ID
  • The verification code will be sent to the updated email address
  • Enter Verification code
  • Click on “Submit”
  • Turn on email notifications to monitor your Bankak account transaction.

Manage Security Questions

  • Click the “Settings” button
  • Click “Manage Security Questions”
  • Select Question
  • Enter your answer.

Note: By Manage Security questions customers will be able to reset & access his/her Bankak Account in case of forgetting the password without the need to call the call centre.

Default Account

  • Click the “Settings” button.
  • Click “Default Account”
  • Select the account that will be used for all financial transactions.

Foreign Currency Exchange

  • Select From the Account
  • Select to account that the exchanged amount will be deposited to
  • The exchange rate will be shown on the app screen as per the bank exchange rate
  • Enter the amount to be exchanged
  • Click “Confirm”
Transfer from my FCY account to any other Bank of Khartoum account in the same currency

  • Click “Foreign Currency Services”
  • Click “Foreign Currency Other Transfer”
  • Click “Direct”
  • Enter CIF or full account number or also scan the QR code of the beneficiary to fetch details
  • Click “Submit”
  • Select the “From Account”
  • Enter mobile number
  • Enter amount
  • Click “Confirm”

You can also save the details of the beneficiary for future transfers by using the Add Beneficiary option on the transaction completion screen.  

Registration Guide
  • To register using Bank A/C—CIF: Call +249187040600/1913 for verification and activate your Bankak account. You will receive an SMS instantly with your temporary password to log in to the app. 

Once logged in, please change the temporary password, set your password, and enjoy Bankak!
