Bank of Khartoum announces to its esteemed shareholders the cancellation of the procedures for the ordinary general assembly meeting, including the related activities that were previously scheduled. This announcement comes due to the inability to hold the annual shareholders' meeting due to the exceptional circumstances the country is currently facing.

A new date for the general assembly meeting will be announced once the situation improves and conditions allow for the meeting to be held in a more suitable and appropriate manner.
