BOK’s presence is ingrained in the fabric of day-to-day life of the Sudanese people. Its branch network across the country is a hub for community interaction as customers’ visit the branches to not only perform their banking services, but also, to connect with each other. At this moment BOK has 55 branches, 13 sub branches, 3 cash offices, 140 ATMs, and Cash Deposit Machines and these will increase to 200 over the next six months. BOK also has a 24 hour call center as well as a full suite of e-services which include internet banking and SMS alerts to ensure that customers always have access to their bank account, are well informed about their accounts and other services as well as have the support they may need to seek help or ask questions, any time of day or night they may need it. BOK will also launch its mobile banking services in the next few months.
